WWE: The Best and Worst of December 20th's Smackdown Live

After what was admittedly a disappointment at Roadblock: End of the Line and then the next night at Raw being a stinker, Smackdown did not have much of an act to follow. Despite that though, Smackdown once again acted as if Raw was providing stiff competition by putting out another entertaining show. Without further ado, allow me to share with you my favorite and least favorite moments from last night's show.

WWE Best and Worst of December 19th's Monday Night Raw

After a pay per view that was truly a Roadblock on the way towards Raw inching back

toward excitement, last nights show needed to bounce back. I believe last night's show took a step towards that. The show did that with some good moments, but they also had a few clunkers too. That is why I will discuss the best and worst moments from last nights show.

Scouting Ben Rowen

MLB.com
Earlier this week, the Mets signed Ben Rowen, to a minor league deal with an invite to spring training. On the surface, signing a 28 year old minor league journeyman might look like a meh signing, but I believe that this could be an important signing for our bullpen.

WWE: The Best and Worst of December 13th's Smackdown Live

Ever since the brand split in July, I have found myself watching Smackdown every week. This is something I haven't done since I was a kid. Even ten years ago, I found myself ignoring Smackdown. However, due to superb writing that has made just about every show feel like it matters, I have found myself enamored and anxiously awaiting the next show. This weeks show left me with plenty of moments to talk about, and I will share with you my favorite and least favorite ones.

WWE: The Best and Worst of December 12th's Monday Night Raw

Espn.com/WWE
It is pretty safe to say that Raw has been very hit or miss since the Brand Split in July. Unfortunately for Raw though, they've had more stinkers than hits recently. However, last nights show was a solid show. That is certainly what they needed from their go-home show going into Roadblock: End of the Line. Here, I plan on mentioning my favorite, and least favorite moments from last nights broadcast.

Why The Yankees Need To Get Yangervis Solarte

ESPN.com
Yangervis Solarte was a New York Yankee once upon a time. However, the Yankees needed a third baseman because you know, A-Rod couldn’t play the position anymore (I’ll leave it at that). They decided to trade for Chase Headley from the Padres. In this trade, one of the players they gave up as you may have guessed, was Yangervis Solarte.

Three Left Handed Reliever Options For The Mets

(Lockerdome.com)
Over the past two seasons, the Mets have been uncharacteristically busy. They have made trades for relievers, key hitters, signed free agents and most prominently, traded for an outfielder who ended up becoming a star. However, despite bringing the final mentioned player back, there are still moves to be made. One area of serious need is bringing in one (or more) left handed relievers.
